Deleting Your Account

To fully delete your account, including all of the data you have collected and all of the users that you have created, then logon to the administration page and follow the following steps

1. Delete all the surveys that you no longer need.
2. Erase the deleted surveys. Note after this step the data cannot be recovered without using backups. After 100 days the data will also be removed from the backups.
3. Delete all projects.
4. Delete all users, note delete your own user account last.
